I was disappointed, to say the least, when I received the second sample on April 13, 2024. I had to pay you twice to get two nonfunctioning samples, and the second sample was worse than the first.
(1.) The factory made changes without my input, which was very unprofessional. For example, the scrapbook cover lining was glued rather than sewn together as specified.
(2.) The middle post screw appeared to be stripped, and I could not take the book apart. If this happens to the bulk scrapbook order, the scrapbook will be useless, and it will cost me a lot of money to give refunds and pay for the merchandise return.
I was very disappointed in the product's poor quality control and requested a full refund; however, to the company's credit, they agreed to remake the sample at their expense instead of giving a refund. Therefore, I will reserve harsh criticism until I see how the company performs the third time.
